The obvious answer is super rich and then have plastic surgery..But if it was between beauty or smarts Id choose beauty..

it all depends on ones feelings of what is important to them, for me being rich means living comfortable for me and my love ones, being beautiful will show on my face cuse im contempt, beauty is in the eye of my beloved, i hope he sees skin deep then my outer apprence, that is substance, outter looks will age, but inner only projects beauty with time, and my life experiences, weath is only good for what it can do, and beauty well its all around us if we can only look within.
