My daughter had a nasty stomach bug about 3 weeks ago. She threw up for a couple of days, and had diareah for two weeks. When she finally got over that she developped a runny nose and cough, and of course I caught the bug and was in bed for two days. Neither one of us has an appetite, and now my sinusses are bothering me. We don't believe much in conventional medicine, and would like to know what can be done to increase appetite and for the runny nose/cough. My daughter will be two in October so don't know what is approppriate for her age.

Im not too sure if theres any age restrictions on it (ive used it for yonks),
but i mix together a combination of a squeezed lemon, 2 tsp honey, hot water and cold water and then sugar to taste. & it really helps soothe my throat and stomach and because it contains anti-oxidants it will help you to recover quicker and also make you feel a lot happier.
Hope it helps!

I do not know about age restrictions (ask pharmacist), but as long as you are not allergic to flowers in the daisy family you can use a combination of Echinachea & Goldenseal (tablet or liquid). It tastes awful, but the Echinachea helps to build your immune system while the Goldenseal controls the mucus flow through the body.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Give the little girl of yours the Homeopathic Remedy ARSENICUM ALBUM in 30C or 30X potency, 3 times a day, half an hour before meals, and her stomach flu will disappear as if by magic, without any side effects or complications of any kind.
Curing without any Complications and side effects thats the beauty of Homeopathy.
