You will need a MOD chip.Just be advised that opening your XBOX will void any warranty it has left.Also,you should have a basic understanding of electronic components because you might need to solder some tings in place.There are some companies that will MOD it for you but its expensive.XBOX games run on both CD and DVD,it depends on the game.

YOU CAN NOT BURN XBOX GAMES!!!! the only way to do that is if you really know how to hack the coding for the game. if you dont know how to do it dont do it. burning it will make the game unusable and will not run the game. it doesnt matter what cd type you use it wont work man sorry.

if you mean xbox 360, you would want to go with a dvd-r, if its a 1st.gen xbox, probably a cd. This is all assuming it doesn't have copy protection on it, and there is about a 99.99999% chance it does.

ya you can with a dvd but before you do that you need to be able to mod your xbox so that it will play the game...i used to burn games for my playstation, and i had a mod in it
