5x+2y=10---equation 2
Multiplying the 2nd equation with 2, we get 10x+4y=20
adding the first equation with this new equation we get,
13x=52
x= 4
then 20+2y=10 ----by putting value of x in equation 2
then y=-5

I believe you mean solve 3x-4y over 5x+2y = 32 over 10.
Because you can't have more than one equal sign in a variable equation. As far as solving it? Honestly im too lazy to get a pen and paper right now. Sorry!

3x-4y=32 <--Eq 1
5x+2y=10 <-- Eq 2
10x +4y =20 <-- Eq 3 = 2*Eq 2
13x = 52 <-- Eq1 + Eq 3
x = 4
Put x=4 in Eq 1 getting:
3*4 -4y = 32
-4y = 32-12 = 20
y = -5

first x (-5/3) and sum to the second
-5x+20y/3=-160/3
5x+2y=10
--------------------------
26y/3=-130/3 => 26y=-130 => y=-5
3x-4*(-5)=32 => 32-20=3x => 3x=12 => x= 4
