No...and I'll tell you why. In finding people that
you can really relate to, you have to show your true self
for better or worse. Then and only then can you trust
that others see you and love the real you for all your
goodness and faults. People aren't mind readers...
worse than that, they can make all kinds of assumptions
about you that aren't at all true. You don't have to blab
every little secret or go on like water in a stream....
but revealing yourself to someone you care about will
also help them to open up so that in the end you've
got two, genuine real people, talking about things
they deeply have in common.

not really, but i only share them with a few people that i can trust. the ones i don't care to share, sometimes i write about to keep them private. i've found that holding everything in tends to backfire after a while.

nope. if my feelings reach a certain level, i do express them pretty loudly! I mean, they don't have to remain inside me.
this works especially regarding feelings like love, crush or grief and sorrow
