Could some one tell me what the vacuum break diaphram is and also as i am a total idiot i sucked on the vacuum pipe to see if it worked and now it wont come back out ....help please

It's use to insure that the choke is open before the secondaries will open> If it wont return than something is holding it> Sould like it defective as it takes a lot of vacuum to pull it closed>>?? Put a Holley carb on those are junk an suck fuel>?

It's a one way valve that allows air to only travel one direction, as soon as you equalize the pressure by starting the vehicle the diaphram will pull back.
