While all answers so far are correct to a degree; and the llink certainly will help you, keep in mind that many BRAND names, can and do come from a single MFG. That may or may not help you?
In todays world much of what we hold in our hands when using a power tool, was either manufactured or assembled in China, or some such country. That isn't an offense against Delta at all; it's just a fact.
Certainly Tool Brands, are labeled by various Companies, and usually backed by them. Without knowing your reason; that link you were given, should point you in some direction at least.

Black and Decker bought Delta awhile back along with Dewalt. Simply go to Deltas website.
