But to make a long story short... it probably would be cheaper to pay for each journey separate unless you planned on going a lot more places over a longer period.

Oh yes and dont check the cost of tickets online... often those sites give you inflated prices for tickets and limited time schedules because they want you to buy the eurorail pass

You do travel just a little, seeing the size of the countries involved.
I would check the cost against the cost of tickets. But I would not be surprised if the card works out cheaper.

Google for train ticket or train times and the name of the country, you will normally get a train planner for the country.

I have the travel planners bookmarked but I am not sure they do price info too.
