Bravo, My previous question tells you what I did this year. Now, I focus on being friendly kind and open minded. The doors that open because of this puts me daily in new opportunities. The point is to try something new everyday, so keep riding and see what you can add to this for other areas of your life.

Im Biking A LOT-A LOT!, Instead Of Sitting At Home Doing Nothing. Well For Me About 35 Miles Ride Is A LOT. Many Reason For Changes, Is I Want To Lose A LOT Of Weight. Im Almost Moving Away From Junk Foods Also. Really Trying Hard! =D

I prefer not to be judged by others -- although it is generally outside of my control. Whether I do the same today as yesterday, or try something new is my choice. No one has the right to judge me, my life, or the quality of my life. Frankly, it is no one's business.

I have no complaints about my life, so there are no habits to change. I suspect the more complaints and dissatisfied that anyone is the more they will seek change.

I can accept myself flaws and all.

I have the following value-based goals, which others may share:

watching less TV
eating healthier
exercising more
reading more
do less drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes (or quit) if applicable
be nicer to other people
do less damage to the environment
learn and study new subjects
simplify and buy less material goods
