Convert what you have into fractional exponents of x.

7 * x^4 * sqrt(x) = 7 * x^(9/2)

-5/(x^3 * sqrt(x)) = -5 * x^(-7/2)

Now apply the power rule: D(x^n) = n * x^(n-1).
