disregarding 'I" , 'me', 'damn', 'and' and the like, the word group actually that I try to say the most each day is 'thank you' and of course 'please' . People remember others who consistantly use these as 'nice', 'polite' and someone they generally don't mind being or conversing with

I'm hungry yet it do not mean I eat that often and often say I'm hungry more than 10 times a day. Ten was just the least saying.

I'm half Jewish and half Catholic so I was raised with A Lot! of guilt, I must say "I'm sorry" each day as often as I breath, I don't even usually know what I'm sorry about, but it must be my fault somehow, ..You know that sounds kind of conceited I'm sorry about that!
