You are talking about one of the better presidents in the past 100 years. His programs worked well, had he not had the liberal democrats spending at such high levels the issues would have been resolved sooner. His policies effectively destroyed the Soviet Union without firing a shot and gave us a class military again. Remember when Carter tried to rescue the Iranian hostages and we couldn't even get a dozne helicopters and a hundred troops together on a mission. The sucess that we had during the 90's that Clinton was given credit for was a result of the policies of the mid to late 80's under Reagan, those things don't happen overnight.

First of all, I'm not sure who Ronald Regan is. I know who Ronald Reagan is and I'm pretty sure that Reagan's views on economics did a lot to make this country prosper in lots of ways. It rewards hard work and diligence, which I'm sure you know about because of where you are today. If you want it easier, go to a socialist country where you can't get expedient health care and where you have no dreams.

Ron's afterlife location is up for debate. no one will know till we go wherever to see for ourselves. Reaganomics was clever. The nation was duped into believing that taxes were being lowered and the economy was booming. This is where all the retirement plans began that were to see us through old age when Social Security inevitably crashed. What actually happened was companies like Enron duped millions and many retirement plans crashed and burned.
Note to anthe reply: Communism is doing quite well these days. Ronnie only talked a good fight. You have to separate the screen persona from the actual person.
