I'd still be here, I learn so much about people here. Plus it helps me for work if I can't figure something out I ask. I like to know there are other people with same or worse problems than me. It passes the time at work too. The points really don't mean anything to me. I enjoy being able to communicate with people since I sit in a office alone all day. Some of the questions and answers are really funny and make me laugh. Yahoo answers rocks!!

Uhm. What interested me first was that I could ask a question and I get answers to it. I wasn't aware of the point system until recently, so I started answering questions. It's true that if it wasn't for the levels thing, I wouldn't even be here. It takes up so much of my time and to reach level 7, I need to answer at least 10,000 questions.

It's a motivator, but I'd still be here. Y/A is a window on the world of what people really think and can say when you don't know who they are. They express themselves far more openly than IRL. So they can be very rude and even cruel. But you also learn what they really think. For me,R&S was a complete shock. I'd always thought atheists were just non-believers. I had no idea they are actually rabidly anti-Christian. What Hitler thought of Jews, they think of Christians. That's good to know.

Hmm, points shmoints. I like to come here for fun and learn some things I might not know. Some people on here are quite rude but that's the real world.

I don't care about that. There's no benefit in real life to having 70000 points. I just like coming here because it's my way of helping someone out for the day, and getting a little advice along the way.

I for one would not be on here. Answering these questions one deserves an award, too bad they do not award us money, which in essence would be nice. Perhaps too many people that would deserve a reward. Too bad I will take the points.

Doll let me tell you that it is no longer about the points...I would be here and I would answer and I would ask. Knowing so many wonderful people from all over the world is reward enough for me.
