Can you hide from a subpoena in a custody battle? I'm writing a
script about this so I really need help on the subject matter.

So, can you hide/avoid being served? (i.e the Brittney spears situation where her manager was in hiding)

Not successfully. If you are evading service of process, the Court will enter an Order allowing service by publication in the legal advertisements of your local paper. Also, if they have your correct address and you won't come to the door, they can tape/pin it to the door. If they can prove it's your home, you've been served.

Anythings possible. You can hide but you will need people to help you. This will wear thin quickly.
