Well, as long as you didnt do it, you should not be too worried. It does seem like a bit of a violation though. I would agree to take the test, however I would tell them that I wanted it done by a police officer on official equipment. Good luck.

I would refuse to take it unless it was given by a Law Enforcement agency. Even then, I would have issues with it. Most are not admissible in court.

ah no and i would check with the local autherites wether you would have to take it but if your not guilty then dont worry about it but if the threat was bad enough maybe the autherities are involved should have told us more
