Yes, at least in America. I don't like them, but we have freedom of speech and freedom of assembly here. Every party has the right to exist, even the really awful ones.

You can advocate for the deportation of jews, muslims, red heads and people with bad teeth. That's what freedom of speech is all about. Deportation is an issue that hinges on citizenship and constitutional law. You can't deport someone who was born a citizen of the U.S. There's nowhere to deport them to. If the person is a naturalized citizen, they would have to have their citizenship stripped before they could be deported. The letter and the spirit of the law is that in the United States, the marketplace of ideas is free and open. However, folks may not want to buy what you're selling

Try asking the people who live in Skokie, IL (very high Jewish population) about the Nazi party.
I can't remember the name of the movie, but there was a movie made about the Nazis marching in Skokie and the issues surrounding the march.
Need a reason WHY this is allowed in the US? Simply look at the responses you're getting from folks here about the Democrats. These are the same folks who are now complaining that the Democrats aren't listening to the minority point of view enough.
From my biased perspective, some of the times that this country showed how truly great it was, was when the parties were able to work together. I personally didn't like Reagan, but he was willing to work with BOTH sides to get things done. For that, I tip my hat to him.
Bush and the current Republicans? My way, or the highway. And then THEY complain about lack of cooperation!

"Fascists" did not officially hate Jews. Fascism is a "totalitarian philosophy of government that glorifies the state and nation and assigns to the state control over every aspect of national life."
The original fascists were the Italians under Mussolini--Hitler borrowed the ideas for the Nazi party.

Lets see , in recent years we had Hitler's Nazi Party, this lasted about 12 years and cost the world dearly in lives and property destruction,
Than we had Musselini and hisitalian horde they attacked an unequipped for war country called Ethiopia. And had trouble there
Japan had it's version also and look what it did for the world in general, death and destruction to great numbers of people.
Russia had Joe Stalin, he starved his people to death, murdered anyone who was smarter than he was, millions of people, he also belonged to Hitlers party til Russia was attacked by Hitler and his followers.
North Korea has been ruled by dictators for years and they have no infrostucture in place, just war production
China is just now starting to open up since Moa is dead. There were millions killed in the name of cleansing out thinkers or those who did not wish to follow the Communist way of life. How many of these leaders have to be here for us to realize democracy at least lets you have a choice on how to live,
Iraq was under Hussein and the people there were forced to be in the army or die, imprisoned till they dissappeared,to a grave somewhere, Kurds gassed by Bathes who did not like them. There are several more dictatorships , I could be writting all day. It would not help, dictators crop up and we have to be on guard , they always seem to try to infiltrate people to make them their own personal toys.

It already does under the names of democrat and republican... Why do you we only see certain faces blasted across the media and not others... We do not live in a democracy regardless of what they tell you.. Our media is biast and we have no say in what goes on in our government.. There is a completely unjustified war going on, when everyone knows its being faught under false pretenses... Yet we haven't been able to do anything to stop it.. Do you really think corporate sponsered Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Rudy Giuliani plan to do anything about it.. Over 500,000 people have died... but since our corporations are pushing their own agenda it wont ever stop... This country is run by the elite.. Its is already turning into a facist nation... The only way to save it is to elect someone in that is for the people... The only GOP canidate is Ron Paul.... put anyone else in and it will be like we are operating under a dictatorship...

That is a difficult one. Before I start I hate fascism and everything it stands for. If you ban them the state will be accused of the degrading of civil liberties and freedom of speech. However, if they are allowed to exist and operate with their extreme rightwing tendencies they basically add fuel to the fire which is creating divisions in our society.

Look. If people want to be Democrats then they can be Democrats. Just because the modern Democratic party is the closest thing to the Nazis in the last 50 years dose not give anyone the right to jail them.
