This sounds a lot like you are passing a little bit of mucus or possibly some secretions that are partially dried.

Your doctor can give you some idea of what's going on.

However, it doesn't sound as though it is anything abnormal. If you are not experiencing pain, itching or a bad odor (and I do mean bad!), then probably this is just normal vaginal lubrication.

Our bodies are designed to take care of themselves--we create lubricant (including some mucus) to discourage bacteria or other baddies from taking hold. As long as we don't mess up our internal chemistry, everything is pretty much find. (Consider that the lubricant keeps us from squeaking!)

We can help things by not douching or using scented powders (or really any powders down there), washing and rinsing regularly (nothing fancy, just soap and water), wiping from front to back, and wearing clean cotton undies--at least a cotton lining.

Always protect yourself during sex unless you are in a long term monogamous relationship.

Since your boyfriend didn't ejaculate inside you, I'd say there's only a slim chance that you might be pregnant. The chances of precome actually getting a girl pregnant are very, very slim. However, there IS still a chance -- so if your next period is late, you should take a pregnancy test just to be sure. You can buy one at virtually any drugstore or supermarket. They're usually very accurate. You might also want to consider getting on birth control or getting an IUD inserted if you're going to continue to be sexually active. That way, even if your boyfriend comes inside you while you're ovulating, the chances of you getting pregnant will be slim to none. I hope that helped!
