your clutch is a hydraulic clutch and it does not have any adjustment. Depending on how deep the water was you may have soaked the clutch disc in which case it will take a while for it to dry out. THe clutch is made of essentially the same type of material as brake shoes and when you take a car with drum brakes through water it doesn't stop very well and takes a while for the water to be evaporated because it is a relatively sealed environment around the clutch.

I'd give it time and it will probably return to normal in a day or so.

Probally got water in clutch(brake) fluid and change trans fluid, everything should be fine.
