Who gets credit for apprehending the Florida students with the bombs?

The news says there might be more people involved. I realize it is still in the ivestigative stage, but congrats to whomever did the police work!

S.C. cops that stopped them for speeding. I am confused at the fact they say they bought the bombs at Walmart as fireworks. My Walmart doesn't sell fireworks or even pipe.
