My co-workers overactive 10 year old is running around the office like a crazy person, driving me nuts! I was thinking about sticking out my arm for a good clothesline the next time he runs by.... Do you think that would work??

No, you shouldn't. That would only get you in trouble and that's what 10 yr. olds do. I would get on your co-workers case and tell him off. In fact I'd tell him to go home with his 10yr. old.
