Describe living in Danville, Blackhawk (California) for me? i'm looking to rent!?

just tell me about the more urban parts of Danville...like average cost of apartments & what streets to avoid & all that culture shock/being a local kind of stuff....

You'll get more answers on this in Travel/US/San Francisco. Blackhawk is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive city in the East Bay. I've been there once or twice and didn't even see any apartments, only massive houses.

Danville an upper scale suburb. Apartments are lower than they'd be in SF, so think $1,250 or so for a one bedroom.
