How will this upcomming winter be for the east coast?

Will it be a cold, or snowy or warm winter for NYC and the eastcoast. How will this winter be. What are the predictions for the winter of 2007-08 later this year.

i just know itll be crazy cold. Snowstorms, hail, everything. It'll be recordbreaking. Global warming is causing more extremes in weather.
