Is it appropriate for an ex-boyfriend/girlfriend to be around you and your spouse's child?

I know that it depends on the situation of your relationship, but I recently mentioned to my boyfriend that, when we are married, with children, I wouldn't like his ex-girlfriends to be around my children. Is that wrong? I would give him that same courtesy with no problem.

I wouldnt have liked it and neither would my hubby.
