i would start by paying off all my family members house. Then take everyone on a cruise or a trip to europe.
that would be awsome!!!!
then I would design my own house with all kinds of cool stuff.
Flat screens in every room.

I would first take care of all my family and friends, then I would give some to each of my favorite charities. Then I would go out to the streets and help people get a place to live, the ones that want to be a contributing member of society that just hit hard times. I would never need that much to live comfortably so just sharing the wealth would keep me busy for a while.

I would get out of debt first of all,then I would buy a piece of land , have a moderate size log cabin built ,fill it with with rustic furniture , have a mechanic shop built for my b/f and buy a classic Camero for him to restore .Being a Nascar fan I would buy ticket's to all of our favorite track's.
I saw on CNN where a couple in New York just won the lottery for the 2nd time in 11 year's and they played the same number's both times

give everyone in my family 2 million.
pay off all our bills and buy our retirement home.
put 5 million in the bank
give a few close friends a little
the rest goes to charity.

Give alot to the dog shelter and chrity than build my dream home than give half of what I have left to my parents and than just live.
