I'll be visiting Poinciana (near Kissimmee, Florida) for a short vacation.
A taxi from Sanford Airport to Poinciana Town Centre will cost over $100. Can you suggest a cheaper alternative?
(I also need a cheap solution for the journey from Poinciana Town Centre back to Sanford Airport at the end of my vacation)
Please note: renting a car is not an option.

I don't know much about Lynx, so I don't even know if they will take you to Poinciana, that would be something to check into though.
I would suggest doing a town car. The prices are not too high and compared to a taxi you will save money. I beleive the company I uses charges $130 from Sanford. You would need to actually talk to the town car company to get a better idea of what they would charge, since I always go to Orlando that is what I am basing it on.

I suggest that you land in Orlando International Airport (MCO) instead of Sanford because Sanford to Kissimmee is about an hour and a half not counting traffic when rush hour hits.
MCO is located in between Kissimmee & Orlando and it's way closer to Poinciana. Way closer. You could take a cab and it'll be way cheaper.

Wow, you certainly picked two points not remotely close to each other. I checked the Lynx bus site, trip planner, and it didn't have any address in Poinciana it recoginzed. Of course, you could always give them a call, and see how far south they do run, and then get a taxi from there.

if possible you should try and file into Orlando International Airport. much closer as Sanford and Poinciana are opposites ends of 2 different counties.

There is a Lynx in Poinciana but you have to change 4 buses and it takes 4 hours, just call MEARS Taxi .

Hi, for the transportation I would say rent a car, take a cab or ride the bus. But two of those are out so you would have to enjoy the glorious Lynx.
