18...at least some places have it higher, unless of course you don't live in the the US then I have no idea. But why on earth would you want to buy them anyway they are horrible for you and aren't good for making friends because if you smell like cigarettes then not many people will want to be your friends.

In the US you have to be 18....however, many individual stores can have their age set at 21. It can be as high as they want, it just cant be lower.

I am not aware of anywhere in the U.S. that allows the purchase if you are under 18.

Why would you want to buy cigarettes? They are extremely bad for your health and not becoming for a young lady.
