im on probation. and my p.o. said im not allowed around my boyfriend anymore. well my boyfriend just recently transfered to my school. so now she tells me that it is court ordered, and when i asked to see it she didn't know how to get a copy, or so she said. and today she gave my principal a copy and kept one for herself. my mom went and saw it, never signed anything, but saw it. and it was dated 8-29-07, which was 2 days ago. im not sure what is going on. i think my p.o. just had that court ordered by herself. can she do that.? can she keep lying to me.? idk what power she has over me, and my mom. but i would really like to know. and i would also like to know what to do about this..

You are on probation. You did something to get yourself there and chances are your boyfriend was involved. Do what you are told until you get off probation!! - then do whatever you want, just try not to get busted again

Being on probation puts you in a bad situation to challenge authority. Could be that your Mom agreed or requested the court order. Possibly (since you didn't say) the boyfriend was the reason (or part of)you are on probation. Nothing you can do.

sounds to me like your parents need to go to the judge of your case and get the public records and make sure everything is kosher sounds like your PO is pulling some b/s on you
