I've been asked to explain why i said thinking people will question ,doubt or disbelieve that we landed on the moon in 1969. 1) motive in the heat of the cold war the u.s. was desperate to score p.r. wins over the communist soviets. 2)indirect proof there is a ton ,read the whistleblowers. evidence includes same background pictures, artifical lighting, wind, and a host of other things 3) neal armstrong has never done public interviews to this day. he is a recluse. when asked about all the attention he was getting he replied "i don't deserve it". 4) precedent why would have a manned walk on the moon in the 60s and not have a manned walk on mars almost 40 years later!!!!! It dosen't make since unless.... 5 in conclusion blindly believing are government when it doesn't add up certaintly fits the criteria of not thinking for yourself.

ok sure buddy.

thats why in 1971 when they were testing the measuring capabilities of lasers, Nasa pointed a laser toward the moon and targeted a "Retroreflector"(mirror) that was placed by one of the astronauts, or was that a scam too.

maybe Nasa is not even real.
maybe!!!! the whole mars rovers sending pictures to us is a scam as well

Lets put it simply. You have taken the ravings of idiots as fact. You are seriously deluded. We are not on the moon now because its too expensive and serves absolutely no purpose. Going back serves no purpose. Spending money on the aerospace industry to plan the return does provide jobs and generates votes. Armstrong simply doesn't care to be treated like a God. He was a combat pilot and a test pilot before becoming an astronaut. He obviously doesn't enjoy fame, the adulation of the masses or the hounding of the paparazzi.

I saw an interview with Buzz Aldrin the other day on TV. He was the second man on the moon. That negates #3 for starters.

I could waste more time on this, but I'll just say that its rubbish.

Didn't you just post this one...

And just to add on to my other answer, Why are americans so reluctant to accept the fact that their peers have managed to do the impossible... are they so intimidated that they just rule it out completly? And I think that all people should take a little more pride in our country than that...

Anyone who believes the lunar landing was a hoax probably believes that UFOS are aliens from outer space.

Let me explain to all naysayers. America accomplished this great feat. It happened! If you don't believe, then do research on it. Please!!! The great internet and the great books in libraries will tell you all you want to know about it. And its fun to learn about it! Be proud of our brave astronauts, NASA, and America! Respectfully Yours, Tracy
