Since they are tubular cell components I think you might mean MOUSE not HOUSE. This link describes them.

The "microtubules of a house" are structural elements giving the house its shape, e.g. supporting beams.

These are also used to pull the house chromosomes into the forming daughter houses, during mitotic house division*.
