I posted twice because someone might be confused of my question. As of educating myself, the gyn said some test she needed for birth control. I have found the name of the test on the internet. So thanks for wasting time posting answer I don't need.

Please stop asking the same question more than once - it's bothersome to people trying to answer questions, and it also violates Y/A rules.
If all your friend wants is a BCP, there's no magic test to take. Her gyno will probably have her do a pap smear though, you should have one done every year. The only thing I can think of that starts with an M that a gyno would recommend is a mammogram, but those are usually for older women.

No test is necessary but the Dr will ask her about her family history and will perform a normal examination like taking her blood pressure. The major concern with oral contraception is thrombosis. that's what he'll ask - if there's a istory of it in her family. But a specific test does not exist.

It's called a PAP smear or test. This is usually done to check for pre-cancerous cells in the cervix.

i think u are the same person who asked this same question before but in a different way
there is no such thing as a "test" to get birth contro pills. the only thing she has to do is get a PREGNANCY TEST to make sure she is not pregnant, then her gyn. will give her the pills...thats all!!! trust me

Pelvic exam and pap smear.
While one does not have to get a pelvic or pap smear to get birth control -- it is typically required by the doctor before he/she will give you a prescription (or pills).

No test is needed to get birth control.
Maybe you both should educate yourselves a bit more on sexual health before you go down that road...?
Edited to add: Whatever dude, thanks for the points!
