I'd say that's a pretty bold PREDICTION you have there.
The Steelers have a couple of obsticles in their way, Cincinnati and Baltimore. The Bengals are going to be much more discliplined this year, and Carson Palmer is developing into one of the best QBs in the league period, not to mention he has a solid running game to work with, alone with Chad Johnson, and T.J. H, to throw to.
They are going to put up a lot of points, and should have a solid defense to put back it up. The Ravens on the other hand are the opposite of the Bengals, a great defense with a likely solid offense to back them up, especially with Willis McGahee at RB who will be complimented by Mike Anderson, the inside runner.
I think that the Steelers will be better this year since Roethlisburger is healthy. However I think they are going to have a tough time winning their division let alone thinking about the superbowl.
The Rams on the other hand have a great offense, what about that defense? I think they can make a run in the NFC, but what happens if they meet New Orleans in the post season who can put up just as many points as the Rams can. It seems that in the last few years, the greatest show on turf hasn't had much a defense to put on display.

I wouldn't be disappointed. I'm a fan of the Steelers there playoff run two years ago was great. Last years Superbowl was great. This could happen because the Steelers have a dominating defense & a vetern team that won a superbowl. The Rams have the 2nd or 3rd best back in the league & a good QB. Bears are overrated, so is New England. I'll watch the Superbowl regardless of whose in it because I'm a football fan!!!!

Yoa there.
That is a big leap. I'm a rams fan, but even I don't see them in the big one. The steelers have some consistency issues to iron out. The Rams are going to have to get by both the Saints, Bears, and Seahawks and maybe Cowboys. While the Steelers will have to beat New England and San Diego, probably on back to back weekends.
If they did both make it after beating those teams, it would have to rank way up on the list of potential great ones.

I think the Rams and Steelers fans are gonna be awfully disappointed when it doesn't happen. But the Saint's and Patriot fans will probably have plenty to talk about.
As for the disappointment for the rest of us in the real world? I would think we will be too busy watching the REAL Super Bowl to care about your fantasy league.
I thought only Cowboy fans got this delusional.

I really doubt that's going to happen. The Rams are good this years, but I find it doubtful that they will get past the Bears or the Saints. The Steelers are also good, but they're not going to get past the Chargers, Colts, or the Patriots.

I think you will be the one who is disappointed when this matchup doesn't happen. Both teams will certainly do better than last year, definitely make the playoffs, but I doubt if either team will make it to the conference championships let alone the Superbowl. XLII will be Saints vs. Chargers.

I think you're going to be disappointed, once you realize that the game exists only in your mind.
The rest of the world will be watching a team from the NFC sacrificed to the Chargers, Patriots or Colts.

aahahhhhh hahahhahhahaha
OMG thats so f uckin hillarious!! the only reason the rams MIGHT have an outside shot of getting there is becuase they are in a weak division...
but i dont expect ANY team from the NFC west to make a deep run into the playoffs.
as for the stealers. they have to beat out the ravens AND bangles in there division... and that may happen... THAN they have to beat out the chargers, colts, pats.... i dont see it my man!! i think you are crazy
as for if i would be dissapointed, not really, other than the fact that i dont really like the stealers and i think big ben is over rated
