it's embarrasing to ask but even more embarrassing when we were moving and were using movers....... uck!

I just got one and I paid $30 for the extra care kit that comes with it. That has a spray that you would use.

Stains on the mattress usually void the warrenty so try using Oxyclean or Resolve to get the spots out. Then go buy a mattress cover. :) Your local bedding store has nice ones that won't feel like plastic. :)

leave a sheet on the mattress, and put the plastic wrap on yourself! that is if you can't get the stains out. Melaluca has a great stain remover, but it smells funny.
