actually i like your team, except for the QB situation. Two good RB's (Rhodes could be a sneaky pick!), you'll get three stud WR's out of that bunch (watch out for Jackson!) Heap is a solid TE. I'll give you a B. B+ or A- with a better QB. Miami's defense is not as good as they used to be and they might be on the field for a long time.

Overall, I'd give your team a C+, but depends on how many people are in your league. Anyway, your starters should be:
QB: Hasselbeck
RB1: Gore
RB2: Maroney
WR1: Fitz
WR2: Jackson
WR3: Driver
TE: Heap
D- Mia
K- Rackers
Ind D- Lewis
I recommend you try to get a better QB and a backup RB that is not in a platoon like D.WIll or D.Rhodes.
