Ummm.....I live in Alberta, and I'd say there's about a 0% chance of that happening. I'd love to see a team out here, but there's no incentive in it for the NBA. Even with the growing population, it's a relatively small market in a hockey hotbed.

Living in Toronto, and being a raptor fan, I see the chances are nil to zero. However the city is very passionate about Basketball, and most fans outside Toronto are in Calgary. Just not in the near future, but if the population grows, which it will, there's no reason not to believe an NBA franchise won't be granted to Calgary. Smaller city's like philly and Charlotte have one, so why not Calgary.
Next NBA expansion:
West: Calgary, Las Vegas, Oklahoma, San Diego?
East: Montreal, Memphis, South Carolina or Baltimore?
This would give each Conference 18 teams, 6/division

Hell no. Raptors will be the only one for a while, maybe one day another city but not Calgary. Las Vegas and Oklahoma City will get one first.

I seriously doubt that Canada will ever have another NBA team. In fact it wouldn't suprise me for Toronto to loose the team in the next 5 years.
Las Vegas (never happen) and OKC seem to be the most likely places for expansion or for a team to move to.
