My wife likes it trimmed, but she doesn't complain if I shave it completely. I've thought about shaving my testicles too, as she's getting to where she likes to play with them a lot. Should I shave around my penis and testicles...or should I go further, or neither? Just looking for some advice (and female opinion)

pubic hair serves a purpose towards maintaining health, strongly urge you not to shave. Trimming it neatly is fine, but that hair wicks moisture away from the skin and maintains a healthy pH in the region, without it, you risk several different kinds of maladies, like dermal yeast, staph infection and ingrown hairs which can be painful.

Here's a compromise and the reasons why this might be a solution to consider.
Have your wife shave your balls. Put Nair on the pubic area. Shaving the balls is ok, and it makes them feel great--for you and for your wife. Using Nair on the rest will actually prevent the "itchies" from happening. I do not recommend using Nair on your balls--I once did, and i felt like they were on fire.... was that how that song (great balls of fire) came popular???!!!!! I hope not!!!!

My wife likes my cock and balls shaved. I leave a little bit of hair up top and shave the rest. Feels and looks great.

Shaving the area is very high maintainance and IMHO looks like you don't wanna grow up. But anything you and your wife both like is okay -- what I prefer (I find a full bush very manly)really doesn't matter.

I think that is a personal choice!! What does your wife say? Personally I like my honey's just the way it is unshaven! But be careful around your balls if you do it!!
