My friend told me that when your boobs are still growing, an underwire bra can stump their growth.
Right now i wear underwire 30aa
Is this true?
and if so, what type of bra should I wear to prevent it?

Of course not.
And in some cases (if the bra is fitted properly) it can actually afford extra support and help to prevent sagging both during and after the growth process.
Your breasts will grow to whatever dimensions Mother Nature sees fit to bequeath to you....just learn to enjoy what you've got.
Oh, and as a general rule of thumb...if the idea sounds dumb, it probably is.

that can not be true! nothing can stop the growth of your breasts or make them bigger without surgerey! your friend was probably was just joking. but if you think it's true wear just a plain soft cup bra if you want or sports bras. I'm a 34a and I use soft cup ones. but usually they don't make underwire bras for under cup size A so don't worry

Not true by any means...I wish it was, my back would hurt less! With a 30 AA you shouldn't need an underwire right now anyway.

right now I am a 32 A and don't wear underwier but next time I get bras I am going to try them but that is not true sometimes on some people don't like them because they give them pilasters but don't listen to your friend about that

no, it wont stunt the growth. only thing underwire bras do for me is poke me...lol. i guess i wash it too much; the wires always pop out.

Underwire is a bit uncomfortable but it won't stunt your growth.

Don't believe everything you hear, they DO NOT stunt growth (former J cup here, wore underwires!).
