I have to tell you that lessen the amount of food you eat plus exercising is the best way, start with walking every day or 6 day/ week for 30m, try to stop drinking soda if you drink it, drink juices, they are much better and healthy, unlike coke.

weight-loss pills and/ or surgery. but if you don't like to move around too much or excercise a bit, why bother your body weight, why not keep your money for more foods instead of wasting it for the pills and surgery. Hope this helps
