If there is no foul odor, then this is lactation. Other than after birth, his can be due to a hormonal imbalance, as a side effect from certain medications, or if there is regular breast stimulation. If stimulation and medications are not the cause, then you have a hormonal imbalance occurring. In this case you will need to see your doctor to have your prolactin levels checked via blood test.
As far as unprotected sex is concerned, the pull out method has a very high failure rate, so if pregnancy is not intended it is best to use some other form of contraception. If you wind up missing your period, your best bet is to wait at least two weeks after a missed period, and see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test as this is the most accurate way of testing.

NEVER assume, first of all, that the withdrawal method will protect you against pregnancy. There is a 1 in 5 chance you can get pregnant with this method EVERY time you have sex....NOT good odds if you ask me.
Also, some women CAN be pregnant and still get a nearly-normal period for a month or two (I did).
But to answer your question, about 15% of all women that are of child-bearing age can express fluid from their breast with force. If it happens without you stimulating your nipples, then you should see your doctor. You should also do so if you notice bloody discharge or if its ANY color other than clear to whitish, or if it is painful to do so.

White excretions coming from your breast isn't normal. Unless you've recently had a baby. If you are pregnant, colostrum and breast milk wouldn't appear until much later in a pregnancy. I'd call a doctor and have an exam done by him/her. As far as your boyfriend pulling out, I hope you realize this method isn't one to rely on. Most men have sperm released before they ejaculate. In fact the most active sperm are released at this time. It is amazing it has worked for so many people for so long, just by luck.

First thing you should do is take a pregnancy test. In pregnancy though, fluid (colostrum) does not come out until I believe the second trimester. If you're not pregnant though, you need to go to the doctor. It's not normal to leak fluid from your breasts without being pregnant.

If you had discharge coming out of your NIPPLE, get to the doctor TODAY!! Since you can't be pregnant, because you got your period, discharge from your nipple needs to be checked ASAP. No putting this off, go to the ER if you have to. THIS IS SERIOUS. If your doctor says they can't get you in today, you tell them you're having discharge from your nipple. They will get you in. DO OT NOW! -LL
