I agree with some of them says the head cauz without the head they cannot survive and there has their mouth to eat, its not easy to kill zombie because one scratch on ur body and u will be infected, mainly never punch them, push or kick them because when they fall,they need a time to stand up and for weapons no use of guns and knife, big swords use to cut head and a magnet gun to explode their head, but a normal gun shooting at the brain doesnt effect the zombies because their already dead once, nothing will happened only cutting head and one thing be safe in house check all the places are close so that zombies are confuse to get inside they had nothing to do....

Remember that carbines with high capacity magazines are infinitely better than shotguns, pistols are SIDEarms, and while swords and shields may be outdated they are still very effective when you're out of ammo and facing a crowd.
Also, if the only way to catch zombie-ism is to get bitten, don't run around in shorts and t-shirts. If you're stuck in a mall, find a store with lots of leather clothing and make everything 2-layer. Not as good as proof armor, sure, but better than bare skin.

For the modern movie zombie, brain destruction works best. Short range, high power firearms are good, as are hacking weapons which can take the limbs out while you set up the head shot.
Vodou zombies are a bit different. They're not infectious which is good, but they do have dark magic to back them up and are usually created with a purpose, such as killing you, which is bad. You have to feed them salt, which will remind them that they are dead and cause them to dig their own grave and bury themselves. You can also destroy the grisgris (evil charm made with human remains) used by the evil houngan (vodou priest) that animates the zombie.
I'm unsure if vodou zombies are responsive to basic physical trauma.

some people may not notice this but everything can be used as a weapon so use anything and go on a zombie killing frenzy.make sure to have cool background music too.

Be prepared, get a sword, maybe a gun that you know how to use and ammunition. Kill infected people, aim for the brain, don't get bitten, stay low, stay quiet, stay safe.

splatter the head--it is the only way--if you splat the head of the one that bit you befoer dawn you will survive--only way to kill them is baseball bat to head or large caliber bullet to head--anything that causes head to explode--Good Luck

I forget, but watch the documentary.."Night of the Living Dead." They figure outhow to kill them in the end.
