Do you think that is Chris Benoit didn't murder his family in a steriod with drawl that none of this steriod stuff would be going around? I mean it seems like ever sense Chris pulled that stuff Vince has been cracking down more on the steriods. If some of you remember about 15 years ago back in the early 90's Vince was encouraing his wrestlers to use steriods.
So why make a big deal out of it now.

I don't think Vince would worry about bad press, to him ... any press if good press.
The reason I think Vince is worried now is because this is a wrap he probably won't be able to beat this time around like he did during the first steroid investigation. If he doesn't keep wrestlers' who are on the Juice off of television via suspension, the Athletic Commission will likely step in and regulate drug testing for the WWE. A rule such as "No one can appear on television unless they pass a drug test" could devastate the WWE. Now, I know this seems extreme but in this day and age, anything could happen (just like it is in the WWE).
Also, add in the fact that Vince would have to pay fines, that would hurt someone like Vince who is all about that "money money, yeah yeah!"

Suspended Ten were Recieving/Trafficking! Are we to Assume that some People Wish that Chris Benoit would have Flushed his Steroids. I bet Vince McMahon wishes he never Hired him.
The genetic jackhammer gets People Hook, Line and Sinker; Whereas Wrestlers will no longer be as Pumped Up, the Sport Yes Sport will Live-on as Entertainment / Sport. with a Guild/Union of sorts.
I've been Questioning why the Yahoo Q & A's anti Cena People, often were the Defenders of Vince, or Deniers of Steroids in Wrestling.
Vince is History, I know it, his Family knows it, Reformers know it, the Media knows it, Vince will Put on Game Shows and People will Watch.

He is worried about this now because the spolight of this is squarely on his organization. Wrestling has been scoffed at by th mainstream media for decades and now Benoit happens and now all of a sudden talking head news talk show hosts liki Nancy Grace who knows absolutely nothing about how the wrestling buisness is run is on the air every night telling everyone how "evil" an organization the WWE is.
Now that Congress has stepped in with their investigation he has to put up appearances

It is a very big deal, but I agree with you. Vince did not seem to care until the tragedy that befell us involving Chris benoit(RIP). I hate what has happened and I do not agree with it. If he suspend stars like Orton, Kennedy, Umaga, Edge etc. what do we have to look forward too.

i doubt it. after what happened with Benoit, congress got involved. so if Benoit wouldnt of died then they would still be on the roster competing.
