But, if you work under pressure, and no other ways can relieve you of the pressure, you must try masturbation... having an orgasm is the best way to blow off some steam from an overpressure engine like a hardworking human body. And if you have a lot of sex drive and none to fulfill, then your body will make sure that you masturbate.

No, it is not mandatory nor required in order to be healthy. But it is fun and enjoyable, and causes no harm as long as you do not over exert yourself or do weird stuff with strange objects.

And that is well over 97% of the male population.
God gave us a natural way or releaseing that pressure and pent up semen, wet dreams.
