What, exactly, is an "illegal U.S. citizen"?

If someone is an illegal immigrant, then they are not a citizen of the United States. If you are asking if a separate state should be established for illegal immigrants residing in the U.S., then my answer would be no. Immigration is a fine thing and is what started this country and made it what it is today. Illegal immigrants break laws set by this country by living here, and allowing them to stay makes the country unstable. If you want to live here, go through the naturalization process and be proud of your accomplishments instead of sneaking across a border.

No, because there is no such thing as "an illegal U.S. Citizen".

Immigrants are in the USA legally, they are NOT U.S. citizens.

illegal aliens are in the USA illegally and they are not U.S. citizens.

Since there are so many of them I suggest we move all native born Americans out of Texas and use that state for them. It seems fitting some how. Maybe it won't be necessary, you are saved Texans, as the North American Union is established it will be all one country anyway.

That is a good idea! It would be the most productive and wealthy state in the union!
