Food - we're indisicive and cook turkey, ham, lamb and salmon. Christmas pudding - that rich, kind of fruity smell. Spices. And the ultimate Christmas smell - pine! (It is NOT Christmas at our place until we bring in that gorgeous tree. Who cares if it drops pine needles all over the place?)

Loads of smells from Christmas trees to biscuits and Christmas cake and pudding, to the huge meals being cooked and more importantly, the smell of clean, cold air.

The smell that comes out of the kitchen..the smell of roasting chicken/turkey/beef, the smell of the cake, the smell of the Christmas pudding when you set fire to it, ..I wish its really cold this winter, cos i like the crispness of the air and how you can see your breath...Of course its only nice if you're warm and snugly wrapped up...
