Deafault judgement what to do ?

Did not receive the notiice of citation on time hence did not reply within 10 days. Received a default judgement on a small claim court case, which I could easily win. What are my option ?

File a Motion to Set Aside the judgment. Your local small claims court can give you a form. In that letter, explain that you didn't receive the Notice of Claim, but that if you had you would have provided a defense. File it ASAP.

File an appeal to the next level court.

Appeal it. But you should talk to your lawyer first, and soon!
