my boyfriend is causing arguements and when we argue he alway says oh thid aint gunna work and then breaks up with me for like an hour or 2 and i always begg for him back

Some people just don't have the guts to say "It's over" upfront...so they start acting weird or dumb, and arguing over little things is a sign of this.
Perhaps you should "get it"- and realize he wants out.
Sorry, but you are showing him you need him... (He is going to cheat on you in the future and he will know you will always be begging for him to be there.)
Show some self-esteem and let him leave.

You are in an unhealthy relationship. You are being weak by begging him back all the time, he will never respect you. Life is too short to stress over mediocre relationships that are going nowhere. Move on now and stop wasting time by delaying the inevitable.

It means he doesn't want to be with you any more. When he starts fights and ag's them on it means he tired of you. I used to do it to my husband. I was (still am) completely tired of him, looking at him, listening to him, even breathing the same air as him. My friend does it to his girlfriends to and eventually they break up for good. Its because he isn't happy. Or it could mean that he has a secret somebody on the side and wants to be with them and cant so he takes it out on you.

This is an early sign, get out now while you still can. He's trying to test his limits of control over you. If he knows you will take him back over and over again, what's to stop him from hitting you, leaving, and knowing he can come back. Sexual assault wouldn't be too far behind.

Let this guy go. He is only going to cause you more pain. It sounds to me, he wants to walk away from your and his relationship, so let him go. Get busy with something of interest, and move on. Time will heal the loss.
