I don't know which one is "correct", but I did make an observation.

"I haven't got my coffee" sounds as if YOU still need to get your coffee yourself.

"I haven't gotten my coffee" sounds more as is SOMEONE ELSE still needs to get your coffee for you.

"I haven't gotten coffee" sounds strange.
"I haven't got coffee" sounds the same as the first without the "my".

Dialect variants. Some dialects use "got" as the past participle of get and some use "gotten". Some actually can use either, depending on the function of "get".

"My coffee" and "coffee" have different meanings (obviously) but they're both grammatically correct.

Technically, either is correct. The past participle of the word 'get' is 'got' or 'gotten'. The use of the auxiliary verb have for the present perfect tense indicates one of the two must be used. However, the word 'gotten' does provide for better phonetics when using the present perfect tense in oral speech.

I'm one of those who believes "got" is almost never necessary at all.

I) "I don't have my coffee yet" or "I don't have my coffee"

II) "I don't have coffee" or "I have no coffee"
