2. tell him you're not interested
3. try to ignore him
4. tell your parents and/or the police if he starts exhibiting truly stalker-esque behavior

Put a different person's voice on your voice mail and try to make it look like he's calling the wrong number. lol

Block your number or change it. Don't talk to him at all. If he engages you in conversation, excuse yourself and walk away. If that doesn't work, lay the smack down on his punkass.
