He's a senior and I'm a sophomore. We run cross country together and in the off-season I ran with him 3-4 days a week just for fun. He used to like another girl and I liked another guy, who I still like a little bit, but he hasn't mentioned the other girl in ages and about a week ago told me that I should probably give up on the guy, cause things aren't going anywhere (lol they really aren't). Anyway, he's really nice and asked me to the movies multiple times, but no plans ever went through, then he randomly asked me if he thought my parents liked him, never wears a shirt when I'm running with him and "teases" me all the time by sneaking up behind me and poking me in the side. I wouldn't mind going out with him, but would feel really guilty that deep down I still liked the other guy a LITTLE bit. Is he really being just a friend, or does he actually like me?

I would have to say, most likely.
you will find in life that almost every guy friend you ever have, or had, will have, or has some sort of romantic feeling for you at some point.
This doesn't always mean that they will act on these feelings, or that they want to jeopardize the friendship to pursue a relationship.
the question to ask yourself is: do you like him? is this something you would like to pursue? is a relationship more valuable than your friendship? you always have to consider, if you choose to start a relationship with your friend, and things don't work, you may never be as close as you are now.....is that a risk you are willing to take?
as for the other guy; you are young, why waste your time? if it's not going anywhere, move on.

Of course he likes you! Go for it and forget the other dude!
My best guy friend and I started dating after we had both married and divorced others. We had known each other since the second grade! We wound up getting married, not only because we already had so much in common, but because we truly knew and liked each other...the good and the bad! Give him a shot and have fun!

try and give it a shot my best friend had a boyfriend once that would always sneak up and poke her in the sides, he would tease her, and he would never wear a shirt mostly everyday before he asked her out

You bet. Good men generally don't ask women to come along on trips, unless they enjoy them.
