What's the best PC to PC calling service that also can integrate with making calls to and from the regular phone network?

Criteria to consider is popularity, cost, ease of use, cool features.

well I think, If you want to call Pc2Pc, you may go for any messenger, but for making VoiP or the regular phone calls, you may log on and check the messenger sites for their tariffs. Or if you country is in the listing of justvoip.com. you can make local calls for FREE!!!

Skype all the way. even after they went pay-to-call i still endorse them 100%...its just so easy...
