Why should I vote for a woman for president who is weak and unaware?

Hillary Clinton is running for president, as a voter I look for characteristics that will make her a strong commander in chief. Her husband openly cheated on her several times. This to me means that she is too weak and dependant to kick him to the curb (Gennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky? Come on, get a backbone) Not only that, she wasn't AWARE!!, she is obviously oblivious to what is going on in reality, she is not keen, not observant and not a fighter, she is the worse role model I would want for my daughter.
How dare she act like one, and say its ok to forgive your husband 1, 2, 3 times. So I want to know why in gods name people think this is who we have running our country? Will she forgive Osama too?

Why do you think its OK to stay with Bill for your career? Isnt that basically sleeping your way to a job?

I care... about the lessons it teaches my kids. This country should care that its not ok to cheat on your spouse, its not ok to stay with your husband to be politically savvy, its despicable. There is no honor in getting to the presidency that way. God help us all if she wins this vote. and I personally thing getting a bj under a desk is a big friggin deal when its my husband. and the whole word is feeling pity for you. Why would you let a man disrespect you like that? World leaders will have no respect for a woman like that. I am a strong conservative, I want less civil liberties and more safety for my kids. She wont make that happen.

This is perhaps the most specious argument against Sen. Clinton that there is. Do you have any clue what it takes to save a marriage scarred by infidelity? Apparently not. It takes a lot more strength to stay and work it out than it does to pick up the phone and call a divorce lawyer. The kind of strength and resolve that requires takes a backbone of steel.
Not to mention that she was humiliated in front of the entire world, not something 99% of women have to deal with when this happens to them. She handled it with grace and self respect, which actually was my first inkling that she was something special. Not aware? She may not have been aware of his trysts with Monica Lewinsky. I hope you do not learn this through personal experience, but when a man is a cheater determined to cheat he will find a way. The only way to stop that is a computer chip telling you where he is every second of the day or to chain him in the basement.

And let's say just for argument's sake that she stayed in the marriage because she had political ambitions that couldn't come to fruition if she divorced the President. She's been waist deep in politics since she was in college. She gave up a very lucrative career in Washington, already appointed to a committee by Carter, to marry Bill and go to Arkansas. This is a woman who has wanted to be President since she first discovered politics. Why on earth should she have let her husband ruin her chances for her own ambitions? She may have known very well a divorced woman would never achieve the Presidency. Some folks think that is underhanded. I think it's smart, ambitious and shows a focused resolve we could use in this country. But women aren't supposed to be THAT ambitious or hardcore about their careers are they? This one is, and I think it's an admirable trait for someone who seeks to run this country.

Try removing your personal feelings about what YOU would do in that situation and look at it from a realistic and wider perspective of what a woman with her ambitions had to decide and why she had to make those decisions. Hillary is obviously the exact opposite of weak, and I'm sorry that your feelings about this prevent you from looking at the bigger picture.

EDIT: I just read your additional details lol. The world won't respect Hillary Clinton? Wow, you really are living in a dream world. They already respect her mightily, put President in front of her name and they'll be falling over themselves to get in her good graces. Reality is a wonderful thing to have a grip on.

The illusion that we have choices is all a game for a larger agenda. Our system is as corrupt as Russia's Democratic system. Why do you think Putin an Ex-KGB agent is in charge now same thing with our government. Hilliary will be elected or someone else that belongs to the CFR. Look up the CFR They are the ones that are really in charge of this country. You don't really have choices. As Hilliary and Bill never had a real marriage it was a business arrangement why do you think they never spend time together. Because they do not have a real relationship. Hillary is really a lesbian and Bill is really Bisexual he'll do anything that walks. So it is perfect for them both. Make sure you do your research first make your vote and stand back and watch because who ever you think should win won't and who is backed by the CFR will win. Just watch. Hilliary and Bush belong to the CFR so what kinds of "choices" do you think we really have? Osama Bin Laden is dead he died of kidney failure before 9/11. The "Administration" has been using it as a buzzword to get the Patriot Act through to dissolve our personal freedom which they have succeeded to do. Look up my sources. Er...do you honestly think you know what goes on in the Clintons' marriage? Of course you don't! No one does except for the Clintons themselves and maybe some of those who are close to them. Don't you think it's possible that they're in a marriage of convenience and that perhaps Hillary has stayed with Bill, because he's good for her political career? Also, do you honestly think that she wasn't aware of the fact that he was fooling around with Monica Lewinsky or various other women? The Monica Lewinsky scandal happened several years after Gennifer Flowers made her allegations, so it seems highly unlikely that Hillary didn't know that Bill was a player. Appearances aren't always what they seem and we shouldn't make assumptions about people we don't know.

Any political aficionado knows that she planned to run for President even when she first started running for NY Senate.

That woman is strong, tough and a whole lot of other things.

Honestly now. She is weak, she loathes the military, she wants socialism in this country, and she has a disapproval rating in the high 40's. So I really do not think she will get in.
